Refund Policy

Transformative Athletics provides structured coaching services delivered digitally and through scheduled sessions. Because access to coaching resources, program materials, and support begins immediately upon enrollment, all sales are considered final.
 

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
 

1. A documented medical condition arises that prevents continued participation in the program (written documentation from a licensed medical provider required), or

2. The client has completed at least 70% of assigned program components and coaching requirements and submits a formal written request with the reason why for review.
    

If a refund request is approved, the following refund schedule will apply:

Month 1 – 75%
Month 2 – 60%
Month 3 – 45%
Month 4 – 30%
Month 5 – 15%
Month 6 – 0%
 

Refund eligibility is calculated from the program start date.
 

Discounted offers and promotional pricing are not eligible for partial refunds unless qualifying medical circumstances are documented and approved.
 

Refunds will not be granted for:
• Change of mind
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Failure to participate
• Dissatisfaction without documented completion of required program components
 

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Transformative Athletics following formal review.
