I spent years in cycles of losing weight, only to gain it back; sometimes more… a lot more.

I used to figure skate full-time. I was disciplined. I was determined.
And I was still stuck.

That journey led me to create a faith-based, cycle-breaking coaching approach that goes far beyond surface-level goals.

Because true transformation isn’t just about workouts or macros, it’s about building the mindset, structure, and identity to make your results last for life.

I founded Transformative Athletics because no woman should have to keep starting over. This community equips women with the support, clarity, and Christ-centered tools to transform from the inside out and stay transformed.

Because real transformation doesn’t reverse.
